We took the classic steakhouse and gave it a Colorado twist.

From our log cabin inspired décor, to our selection of over 50 Colorado whiskies and flannel-clad staff, we strive to provide the highest quality product in a casual and enjoyable atmosphere so you can get the fancy steakhouse quality without the white table cloths, tuxedoed waiters and intimidating wine list… Not that there is anything wrong with that, it's just not us.

Our phones don't ring, and we don't offer to-gos. We know that sounds weird, but we have a reason! We're a front facing company and our goal is to provide our dine-in guests with the best possible experience while they are here in the building with us, and that means giving them our full attention. We also believe that taking our food to go means we can't ensure the same quality, or provide our outstanding atmosphere and hospitality along with it.
